Mingge's tale unfolds with a determined struggle in a foreign land, overcoming cultural and linguistic challenges. Transitioning from selling disposable utensils to venturing into the catering industry, his passion for exceptional Asian food and diverse flavors led him to establish successful Sichuan cuisine brands, garnering acclaim across various communities.
Derike, a seasoned entrepreneur from Asia, brings a fresh perspective to New York. His love for ramen hot pots, Japan, and Asian cuisine goes beyond mere passion. Recognizing a gap where not many people have the chance to experience authentic Asian food, his passion for people drives him to deliver unique Asian dining experiences to everyone in his community. Taking on the challenge of introducing a new and different taste, he leverages his extensive experience managing restaurants and ensures the authenticity of ramen by enlisting Japanese experts like Mr. Hayashi and Taro Tanaka.
